Race 2 is an upcoming Indian action thriller film to be directed by Abbas-Mustan and produced under the Tips Music Films banner. It is the sequel to the 2008 hit film, Race, and stars an ensemble cast that includes Anil Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ameesha Patel. Music of Race 2 is by Pritam. Also the budget of the movie is 35 Crore. Story of Race 2 is by Shairaz Ahmed. The film is scheduled to release on January 25, 2013.
